Integrating black and white communities. I've never understood why so many American cities have black sections and white sections. They should be out-lawed. Mandate, legislate, and make possible diverse, multi-cultural, multi-income communities through city-planning efforts.
All that does is spread more crime. Instead of forcing integration, we should make it mandatory that all blacks females get the birth control shot or implant. Also, give out free condoms in schools and local stores. If a black female doesn't come in for her scheduled birth control shot or implant, the first time she should be given community service. If she does it more than 3 times then her tubes should be tied.
We can get to helping poor and uneducated people of other races later, but for now lets focus our attention on blacks. Next to native americans blacks have the worse statistics.
All the data points for blacks have been improving for about 20 years now. Hispanics are performing worse than blacks on most metrics.
Yes they do and they've had more time than any other ethnic group that has migrated here from Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and more legislation passed in order to lift them up and still they are on the bottom of the rung in almost all societal aspects. The Black culture just seems to not wish to help their own selves at all.
More time? There are Black elders who are still alive who were beat and hosed for wanting to be treated as equals.
In those 50 years we have seen 35,000 Blacks become millionaires, Oprah is a mogul, Bob Johnson sold a TV station for Billions, Athletes are owning and coaching professional teams...
We have doctors, lawyers, judges, CEO's, etc....
All my siblings own their homes, all their children are college educated.
The problem is CD focuses on the 1% of blacks who are struggling and poor while ignoring all the success stories.

You know who's to blame right? Who are the biggest opponents of trigger and charter schools?
The Teachers Union, and the DNC politicians they pour money into.

In one of Gov. Jerry Brown's first official acts this week, he sacked the majority of the state Board of Education, replacing several vocal proponents of charter schools, parent empowerment and teacher accountability. A broad range of educators, policy makers and others say the move was widely believed to be the handiwork of the California Teachers Assn., which heavily supported Brown in his gubernatorial campaign.
Brown ran on his being a pro-charter school champion, claiming he started two in Oakland. first day in office he fired EVERY pro-charter/trigger school board member. He even tried to hire Bill Honig who, as the chief of California Education in Browns first administration, went to prison for fraud and embezzling funds from the school system, funneling them to his wife.
Blame these sleaze bag politicians for keeping their friends greased with public money, and screwing the actual business of education, and especially in the inner cities.

What makes those schools the "worst schools"?
My mother graduated from Minneapolis Washburn in 1941 when it was considered one of the best schools in the entire country. And most of the kids in the school were poor. But they wore their best dress or suit on picture day because their parents taught them respect, even if they didn't have ANYTHING.
Now that school? It's a war zone. Mostly black students and they are no poorer than my Mother's generation, in fact they are much better off. But they destroy the school, they paint on the walls, they break the law in any way they can think of. If a kid tries to be a good student he get's the stuffing kicked out of him after school.
It has nothing to do with the building or the geography. It's ALL ABOUT the quality of the students and especially the parents of the students.
Student loans for college and trade schools should be enough that a person can pay for housing with children and also child care.
It should be illegal to produce music that degrades women, that teaches violence, that promotes criminal behavior, that is racist. You are what you eat and you are what you listen to as well.

In a free society, I cannot make choices for blacks.
If blacks make bad choices, that's their problem.
