I think the Pope is crazy. Doesn't he know that the aborted fetus isn't a human life? He must not be listening to the intellectuals of the American left. I mean, all he's basically doing is praying for a clump of cells. Liberal Christians (especially), how do you feel about Christians praying for these clumps of cells? They must be nuts!

I can respect the Pope's position on abortion because he is consistent. He is truly pro-life. There is none of the hypocrisy we see in the so-called American "pro-life" conservative movement. Conservative pro-lifers here are for the most part against abortion, but for the death penalty; against gun control; against environmental laws that protect children; against governmental assistance for the medically needy, etc.

The Pope, however, respects all life regardless of whether it is just a fetus and favors policies that protect the living. American pro-lifers can learn much from him.

Clump of cells?

Are you talking about very very early miscarriage here? Cause that is quite a callous thing to say.

Apparently some clumps of cells grow up and suffer from perpetual prejudicial thought in place of critical thinking as evidenced by some of the comments quoted.

Your straw man of what liberals believe is really messed up.

Maybe you should learn from them instead of these fictional constructs you have made.

This might be the stupidest attempt at logic I have ever witnessed here on City Data. What an accomplishment!

Abortion and the death penalty are not a 1:1 comparison. Gun control, environmental laws, and governmental assistance are not in any way, shape, or form related to personal positions against abortion either. Your ignorance is embarrassing.

This is why I don't come to the forum much anymore. There is no intelligence, analytical capability, or plain common sense from the liberal left .............whatsoever.

Read the link. It's a " symbolic" cemetery.
