What I take into consideration was the circumstances of the apprehension/attempt to apprehend. Was the officer alone or did he have back up support? How did the incident play out?
And to think unarmed white people aren't killed during apprehension is ridiculous. Didn't an unarmed white male just get killed by an officer in Utah? The media chose to ignore that one.
Or is it that you just didn't do your research before posting such a vacuous statement?
Could it be that the problem is that MORE criminals (percentage) just happen to be black? Or that, judging from the previous video, ALL policemen, even black policemen, have justified fear for their lives and problems trying to control or arrest young black men?
Or, (gasp!) our "selective" media doesn't report black-on-white crime...

You really have to look at all of the data surrounding these incidents. Yes, there's a disproportionate amount of white policemen arresting and/or shooting young black males. I don't excuse that, or racist behavior on both sides in ANY way.
But you have to understand that MOST violent crimes committed by young men, are committed by young black men. The percentages for the black race is horrifying.
There are more white policemen than black policemen. So, simple math will show you that there will, indeed, by the sheer numbers of it all, be more white cop/black suspect incidents and issues!
There's a terrible problem in the young black male community...and black leaders are finally starting to acknowledge the pathology. The gangs. The dumbed-down violent gang and drug culture.
It's indisputable, that more young black men are committing more crime per capita than any other race....and the crime is usually violent, or ends in murder:

However, the type of crime is vastly different...blacks committed mostly violent crimes and murder, whilst whites committed burglaries and DUIs.

Hmmm...should whites protest all of the violent "black on white" murders, rapes, and other crime???
Come on, folks. This is a HUGE problem for BOTH races, and for America in general...we have to figure out the root of the problem. Instead of pointing the finger and rioting, figure out long-term solutions so this doesn't continue to happen. I wish that Sharpton and Jackson would be on the SOLUTION side, rather than the INCITE AND INFLAME side. They are definitely not helping...

There have been multiple posts with data about Black cop/murdering white suspects in this and the other thread about the Ferguson warzone.
It's 2-sided, but of course, the inciters and crazies just post snippets to further their misinformed, knee-jerk reactions.
No need for you to comment. You don't have a problem with people supporting the criminal. Isn't it fair that people support the officer who was doing his job and is having his character assassinated for doing his job?
No one is celebrating anything. They are simply supporting an officer who was assaulted in the line of duty by someone who went after his gun. He ended up having to use deadly force to stop that person. I for one am sick of people painting Michael Brown as a saint and crucifying the officer for DOING HIS JOB.
Not only all of that (), but agitators and most "protesters" are curiously silent as the witness-supported facts about how this police officer was challenged and beaten emerge. My guess is that they just don't care about the facts.

White racist media? You're joking, right? The media bends over backwards to portray people like MB as poor innocent black kids mistreated by the police. They show one side of the story. I think that is why so many people who feel the officer has been ignored are happy to see there is a place that he is being supported.
See, the issue is that you don't shoot someone once and then wait and see if his assault has stopped. You shoot until the threat is no longer a threat and if that means that the only thing stopping the assault is the death of the offender, then that is a choice the offender made.
Real life isn't like the movies, a stationary shooter hitting a stationary target is difficult enough. Either or both moving makes the shot very difficult even with the training that cops have. Do cops have training? Yes but also keep in mind that shooting isn't the only aspect of their job.
In addition, even if Brown hadn't been approaching the officer again, there are those who apparently think that an officer should let someone who's just assaulted him walk away. That's clear from the many "he was walking away" comments.
If it's true, then let me guess... the protesters won't buy it. They'll say that Johnson was coerced into saying it.

Definitely not betting against you on that. Protesters would not be swayed by facts. How many of the outsiders there now really care about facts or the actual kid who was killed??
