The fun part is watching these nutters go from wanting the cop convicted for something they felt certain of, to these ridiculous what-ifs. It's all they've got left.

You still get arrested for petty theft. When you resist arrest and assault a LEO....you can die.

This is checkers, not chess.

Indeed. All the theories are seen as fact (even when they have to adjust to new "facts") as long as they end up with the officer guilty.

That's what this whole thread is because we don't have enough FACTS to make a case either way.

And what evidence do you have that the cop had to use lethal force?

Your argument is no more credible or nuttier than anyone else.

What is credible is that a cop killed an unarmed 18 year old with two lethal shots to the head.

A cop car on the street? How unusual!

The cop has every right to use lethal force if he was attacked by Brown & feared for his life. IF that happened, you would agree he had every right to shoot correct?

- the cop's version of events that so far have not been proven incorrect by anything released so far.
- the numerous witnesses, including Johnson, who were proven to be lying by the physical evidence so far, which removes any credibility they have regarding this incident.
- the injury to the cop.
- and again, no evidence so far presented has refuted anything about the cop's version of events.

An uproarious, moving John Oliver is perfect on Ferguson
An uproarious, moving John Oliver is perfect on Ferguson - Vox

I have to 100% agree here. Now its not judgement on the cop shooting itself. Its almost incidental. It doesn't really matter.

How can you have a police force with a population that is 2/3 African american have less than 10% of your workforce (around 5 officers) African American. Look at the arrest rates. . ridiculous.

The issue here isn't the spark that caused this fire to catch. Ferguson administration is flawed and not representative of the people it is helping. This causes HUGE issues.

The witness that said "he was shot....and kept coming at the officer. Shot again and kept coming at the officer"

If you are ordered to freeze, and you keep coming forward, you can be shot to be incapacitated. If you are shot and still keep coming forward? Dead.

End of story. 4 shots to the arm to incapacitate, you don't keep coming forward from a head shot. The witness in the video post shooting said "he kept coming at the officer".

This kid wrote his own death certificate.
