No and No. No factual evidence is in as of yet, especially on Wilson's side of what happened.
Is there a strong arm robbery suspect dead? Yes.
Beyond that it's all speculation and hearsay.
But everybody earlier was claiming Brown 'severely' beat Wilson. They were also claiming his eye socket was fractured from the punches.
Michael Brown shooting witness Dorian Johnson was charged with filing a false police report.
At the time Darren Wilson shot the unarmed black teenager, a warrant for theft was still active against Johnson. The arrest warrant, from the same year as the false police report filing charge, was issued in Jefferson City.
The Washington Post reported Darren Wilson's salary around $45,000. Are you sure you have your numbers correct?
Yep. Quite sure. Their officers do work a ton of overtime though, because they contract out their officers to nearby cities with even less money. So maybe that was his pay with secondary employment overtime?
It is also possible the the Washington Post got the wrong Darren Wilson. There is another Darren Wilson who is an African-American sergeant in the St Louis Metro Police Department (city of St Louis), and he might not be the only Darren Wilson in the Post-Dispatch databases.
I think this because they quoted the Post-Dispatch salary database. The Post-Dispatch does not even have salary data for Ferguson in their database (Ferguson still uses paper for a lot of their municipal functions). Public workers, public salaries : News

There's still no proof one way or the other at this point. What we have now are stories, both from unnamed sources, with one saying his orbital bone was fractured and the other saying it was just bruised and swollen.

There's only 1 officer who could report that.
There was propaganda being fed to the public including an x-ray. By multiple outlets.

Interesting, although these types of things tend to have indirect costs for a long time that cant be put on someone elses tab.
Yeah, I will not be at all surprised if 4 years from now the city of Ferguson no longer exists. In Missouri, if a city disincorporates their debts are absolved. Their 160 year anniversary would be next year.
So since Wilson's witness "lied" will all you posters stop quoting and referencing unnamed sources.
Is that too much to ask.
All we have to go from is eye witness testimony and forensics.
We can already see the Darren Wilson PR campaign is in full force.
PR campaign? Hardly. The man has none. If he had a PR campaign, he would have released a photo of his swollen face. It's actually something I'm surprised about because the man is getting crucified by several in the media right now and he really has no one out there trying to push his side of the story, unlike the multitude of people speaking out for Brown's side (e.g. Sharpton, Crump, Jackson, etc, etc).
