Is the church bulletin the only place where they have a coupon like that? If so, then I can see why one would be a bit upset. However, if they offer one in other places (newspaper, online, etc) then they have no reason to be upset.
That just tells me that I, as a Jew, am not welcome in their establishment.

The brochure is the coupon. It can be from any belief system.
My potential jackassery is a response to this. If this pizza place served me equally with good service and pricing, then I would be all right. If I casually mentioned, I'm an atheist, to people on the street in the Deep South, how do you think that would go over?
As someone in the deep south, I can tell you that it most likely wouldn't be a big deal. Of course it would depend on the specific people you were with at the time but the biggest reaction would probably be because it would be kind of an odd thing to just mention to people on the street.

I bet you the restaurant owner would welcome you in their establishment, and if you had any bulletins from temple, you'd get a discount, too.
That's doubtful as Jesus was Jewish and so wouldn't have eaten the pork.
