Not seeing the big deal. Just people fighting to find something to be angry over. I see no issue with the President asking someone who used to be quite influential to see if he could diffuse a situation.
Sharpton does nothing to "diffuse" a situation such as this, he fans the flames of racism. Listen to his supposedly neutral statements.
I can see well enough to see that neither Obama nor Michelle will place their hands over their hearts whenever our national anthem is played or an allegiance to our flag is made. I have certainly witnessed those unpatriotic gestures of theirs and am appalled by it.
