So, this just gives me another reason to not like officers. He also had 2 prior use of force complaints within the last year... Out of curiosity, why do you think the supervisors didn't take disciplinary action?

What was she doing and did he know? Not always clear has not even that condition allows you to resist officer. If she was then she contributed to possible injury to her unborn child.
