Logic 101. Ties to the case are not the 50 year ago death of his father, regardless of whether Pinky Lee or some black man killed him. Fifty years ago. Reelected four times as the St LouisCounty Prosecutor, not just Ferguson alone. The decision is in the hands of the grand jury, which has a 25% minority represenation, versus a 2013 census figure black population of 23.7%. Check.

Now what other evidence do you have that he will not be fair? Fifty FBI agents and the DOJ conducting their own parallel investigation is not enough fairness for you?

His father was Police officer who was killed by a black man.

Whether or not he should or should not be on the case is up for debate.

One more thing, he's evidently not afraid to go after cops.

Mr. Magee said his boss had prosecuted plenty of police officers for a variety of crimes, but he could not say how many had been charged with excessive force or wrongful shootings.

Senator Claire McCaskill, Democrat of Missouri and a former prosecutor, has defended Mr. McCulloch, whom she has known for more than 20 years. If she were governor, she said, she would not remove him. “I believe that Bob McCulloch will be fair,” Ms. McCaskill said Tuesday on MSNBC.

What's your opinion on how the whole thing started off? Ex. Who put their hands on who first?

Sure you did. Don't waste the B.S. trying to hide you take on this situation, rush to judgement. Or, did you too, suddenly evolve?

Your opinion is that he just walked up and tried to grab the officer's gun?

But the entire aftermath was/is.

With that being said, I cannot believe the comments from local politicians.

They want fairness in the interest of justice. But justice only means Wilson's head on a platter.

It's disgusting and I hope the whole slew of them (including the Gov) is voted out of office the next chance they get.

Chuckcity posted an article, I responded to why Gov J Nixon considered removing McCullough.
