Reelected four times as the St LouisCounty Prosecutor, not just Ferguson alone. The decision is in the hands of the grand jury, which has a 25% minority represenation, versus a 2013 census figure black population of 23.7%. Check.
Now what other evidence do you have that he will not be fair? Fifty FBI agents and the DOJ conducting their own parallel investigation is not enough fairness for you?

One more thing, he's evidently not afraid to go after cops.
