Incident reports from after he was killed since he had not been identified before that? Filed by whom?

The manager has said he didn't file a report. And even so, the police did not learn about it until 40 minutes after Brown was killed.

That police report was written the day after the killing and after the coroner weighed the body (292 pounds on the police report). It's an obvious CYA report after the fact.
