uhm kings or dictators are not always tyrants

fact there are LAWS, and ANY PRESIDENT needs to follow the rules and regulations (laws) that bind them

I did not call anybody a name...... potus means (president of the united states) and it refers to ANY president we have past of present or even future

The President doesn't work for the Congress. He is the Chief Executive and can execute agreements short of treaties on his own accord.

It'a as if most you people don't understand how laws are created in this country. We see this everyday on these boards. The real failure is in our educational system. It's sad that such a large portion of the United States populous doesn't understand how their own government works.
