Yep, Der Fuhrer once again ignores laws he doesn't like in favor of laws he likes. Just like a dictator.

No way!

Obama warned the SCOTUS during their decision on Obamacare that it would be unethical and wrong to declare obamacare unconstitutional by disregarding the people's representatives who approved obamacare.

There is no way obama would usurp the people's representatives to approve such a sweeping legislation/binding agreement.

If he did that would make him untrustworthy and put his ethics into question. He would lose his ability to lead.

Amazing, isn't it?

Signing a treaty without consent of Congress, in addition to granting citizenship to 5 million illegals would (and probably will be) two of the most audacious, lawless acts by any president in US history.

I used to think that there was no way Obama would be impeached, but I am beginning to believe that impeachment proceedings will probably occur in his last two years.

It is even more sad that these proposed actions are not on the front page of the newspapers, as "our" media refuses to expose any of Obama's actions.

As much as I would prefer not to see him impeached, this human turd is really doing his level best to get himself impeached.

If he actually goes through with the EO on the illegals, those of you that support him still will truly be on the wrong side of history. You will be carrying water for a president that does not have your best interests in mind.

Barack Obama: more corrupt than Nixon, more inept than Carter.

Well done, Mr. President, for acting on climate change. Thinking people (a majority of Americans) applaud you.

Just remember, while this may be an issue you agree with, it sets a precedent. So, in the future when another president does the same but for something you oppose, you applauded this type of action. I'm not even so concerned with the matter at hand as much as the methods utilized here.

Except that in this country we have a supreme court so the comparison is sort of the opposite of intelligent.

Doesn't really matter. President can sign whatever treaty he wants. He could sign a treaty with Martians tomorrow to deliver 50% of our planet's water supply to Jupiter (why would Martians want water delivered to Jupiter?), but without Congress approving it, it has no force of law.
