What difference does it make the name they call the room? Prayer room, chapel, mosque... Just curious.
They don't call the room anything. It's a vacant room at the school they've asked some students to use so that other students don't have their day disrupted. Just like the room my high school gave the quiz bowl students to use to practice in.

What if the prayers are for allah to destroy America.....just saying!
This would be being selective.....they can't do this either. So, now rooms need to be provided for all including those who praise the Spaghetti Monster. They're opening up a can of worms!
School is for learning they can take their religious prayers and pray in silent like everyone else does.
NO, they don't have to provide for all. That's impossible.
They accommodated the student body to prevent disruptions to the school day while still letting students pray.
They BALANCED everyone's rights. That's what they are supposed to do.
Give all religious students a room to pray. Give the Atheist Children a room to chitchat or play. It is only fair.
This whole religious freedom thing gets a little bit carried away.
Why?
The room wasn't to accommodate a religious group. It was to accommodate the STUDENT BODY so that students wouldn't have their day disrupted. And the room wasn't GIVEN to anybody. The room was made available to them for TEN MINUTES per day around lunch time.

The room should be made available to other religious students or non religious students as well. No ?

I am sure if they want to they can, just not during those ten minutes set aside for the Muslim children.
