You would think that of all the poor role models the NFL currently employs, that Michael Sam would be pretty far down the list in regards to players being called out for immoral behavior. There are a grip of dead beat dads and wife beaters that these idiots could call out first.........AMIRITE?
I imagine the Cowboys, like me, will be stricken dumb with fear by the threat of this protest, which may attract as many as several dozen participants. \SARCASM
It's not just massive sperm donation and domestic violence. The Cowboys also are bringing back a player whose drunk driving accident killed a teammate, and the same player failed more than one drug test between that incident and the small amount of jail time he eventually served.
To me, fielding the gay question from kids is a lot easier than explaining why their heroes on the gridiron would rape, murder or whatever the story of the week from the NFL is these days.
Utterly ridiculous! These people that are planning to protest are going to make fools out of themselves. I'm a Christian and I couldn't care less what Michael Sam's sexual orientation is. He's a good football player and he'll be an asset to the Dallas Cowboys defense. They need all the help they can get...lol. I'm glad he's on the team.

Oh yes. It's weird in this country how consensual sex is a worse crime than violence. If I were running the universe, the list of nasty sins would look far different than the list (some) christians trot out when they feel icky.

I don't care if the actor in the action moving I'm watching is gay.
I don't care if the musician I listen to is gay.
I don't care if my waiter is gay.
I don't care if my boss is gay.
I don't care if the person cutting my hair is gay.
I don't care if the football player I cheer for is gay.
I don't care if my best friend is gay.

Hardly surprising considering there was more public outcry over a bare nipple at the SuperBowl than over yet another unnecessary war of choice.
I often wonder why these protesters care so much about who's sleeping with who yet show so little concern about who's bombing who and why?
