K-Mart launches Christmas ads early with "non-Christmas" commercial | abc30.com

This is hilarious, Last year the first Christmas commercial was in October, so this year K-mart decided to get a head start.

Let the "war on Christmas" begin.

If there ever was a "war on Christmas", it must have ended a long damn time ago...

The whole idea of being in business is to make a profit.
In order to make a profit, it helps to advertise.
If you advertise early, you might generate more profit.
If you can "jump the gun" on the competition, you might be able to take some of THEIR profits!
If you don't make a profit, you won't be able to afford employees, and won't remain in business.
So, what would YOU do?

Buying presents is a commercial side of Christmas, not the spiritual side , of what really should be celebrating is the birth of Christ and for the gift of eternal life offered to those who will follow him.

Hobby Lobby has had Christmas stuff out all summer. Of course, if you're going to make it, you need to start early.

People have been talking about this issue since the 1950s. WE talk about it on CD every year!

And Christmas seems to be winning, it keeps swallowing up other holidays.
