Those who choose to disrespect Christians and their statues, please try this on an allah statue and see the outcome. Wonder if any would see, most Christians say this kid can walk with no punishment. Bet Islam would not do the same.
Tasteless, but not a crime unless he is trespassing. Then the charge would be trespassing.

Somewhere along the way there is a line between being an immature D-bag and actions that could be intimidating part of the population and cross over into a more criminal nature. I'm not certain exactly where that line is....I don't think this particular kid has crossed it though.
So a person posing with a statue in a manner you find offensive should result in that person being thrown in prison?
I think you'd be more comfortable living in a place like Iran than the US.
People on another thread stand for a man going to prison for saying all blacks and others should leave. Since people find freedom of speech for this teenager, why not for a white man saying something on a website.

So what's your point? Is it that there are people in one thread who don't like the fact that we protect freedom of speech and there are people in this thread who likewise don't like the fact that we protect freedom of speech? Yeah - I see that. So what?
I was trying to get at why T-310 wants to throw an immature teenager into prison because he posed with a statue in a way that offended T-310.

in the other thread I supported the man's freedom.of speech. In this case I did also. What I didn't support was him climbing on the property of others.
If he did this with a statue of Allah/Muhammad it won't be the police dealing with him but the 1.6 billion Muslims worldwide who will go on killing by beheading him for blasphemy. That's why they get what they want and Christians just get walked on. Oh, he's just a "teenager"... Yeah he is muture enough vandalizing and destroying private property but not muture enough being punished!
I'm non-Christian btw.
