No it was not defined that until the SC did so and that was not 800 years ago, in fact this Nation did not exist 800 years ago,
Bull, corporations have ALWAYS been people, and the fact that the nation didnt exist 800 years ago doesnt preclude the hundreds of years we did exist and this fact was true.
The 4th amendment states nothing about corporations.... It's up to us to adapt and interpret vagueness of the constitution....obviously I disagree with the supreme court with the United case I'm surprised conservatives feel this way about this issue...

They do, they are called Corporate Taxes, not Income Taxes, one is for Businesses the other is for Individuals, the difference is I can tell which is which

Corporate taxes are only on the net income on corporations, hence why they are paid on PROFITS,
