And this is what that IDIOT Obama refers to as the "Religion of Peace"????

Obama is the wrong man to lead anything remotely like the war on terror.

Absolutely WRONG, an assumption as clueless as this proves you have ZERO credibility and should stick with reading horoscopes and comic books.

"As the United States begins to deepen ties with moderate Syrian rebels to combat the extremist group ISIS, also known as the Islamic State, a key component of its coalition appears to have struck a non-aggression pact with the group."

ISIS Strikes Deal With Moderate Syrian Rebels: Reports

Arming the opposition was a rotten idea in the past, it's a rotten idea now.

Helped? I don't think even Bush would agree with you. You gotta be freaking kidding me here.

And these are the moderate Syrian rebels that Obama is going to arm?? It worked out well the first time, so why not do it again? Once they get their arms they will either turn them against us or their arms will be confiscated by ISIS and they will end up in mass graves. What is Bush thinking?? Oh, wait...........

America getting itself further entangled in the idiotic, millennia-old tribal squabbles of the middle east is nothing but stupidity at its worst. Let ISIS run its course. Their wealthy oil-rich supporters can pull the plug on them at any time and cease this whole episode. The military might of Turkey, Saudi, and Jordan can reduce ISIS to dust tomorrow. Neither is happening. So, it's just not a big concern for those living in that area where all this is occurring.

We can't care more about the middle east than the middle easterners do. And they enjoy what they do to an extent that they play America like a puppet. They start these problems and then play us against their opponents.

Our stupidity should end. But we have a long track record of making the dumb choice w/o learning from it.

I fear this will be another chapter in that long dismal book.

As you are so fond of telling other people who disagree with American policy --- 'give Obama a call.'

The US is in an economic war with the East, the East being mainly Russia, then China, then the rest of BRICS. Syria is a key to breaking Russia economically, and Putin knows this. Qatar and Saudi Arabia are major players in this also, as it is their oil and natural gas sales that are at stake. The US is the guy in this with the giant club...that is for now. The US knows that it needs to control these things and take a monetary cut of the action. We, in the United States of America are being controlled economically by the Federal Reserve and its monetary policies. The Federal Reserve system has on its side, the Bretton Woods agreement, which says that all oil producers in the agreement have agreed to sell oil by using dollars. SO every country has to buy dollars first, (at a higher price), and then use them to buy oil, or sell oil. This was working fine until some countries started to ask why the should spend extra money to buy dollars. Why not just trade between themselves and save the cost of using dollars?

Do we understand the implications of this? Not many of the common Americans do.

Without the dollar being the world's trading currency, the value of our dollar will fall dramatically. In essence, other countries are bolstering our economy through the trade of petroleum products. Without this extra money, the US will have to pay all of it's own way in the world. And without this extra cash flow, the US will lose economic strength and our economy will begin to fall again, and one of the things that we will not be able to pay for, is the military. Without the overwhelming military strength that we now have, we will not be able to force our agenda on other countries, and the strength of other militaries around the world, (mainly Russia and China) will become predominant.

The main stream news in the USA is painting a picture of different factions fighting because of their ideologies. But they never explain the deals that are made through our government with these factions and why they occur. They don't want you to see the full picture, because then the corporations would come under fire, along with our government, for being so dastardly.

Here's an article from 1 year ago. Syria is the present target, just as it was 1 year ago. ISIS is just another method that the US is trying to use to topple Assad in Syria. It's all about oil and natural gas. http://www.silverdoctors.com/why-sryia-its-not-what-you-think-its-not-what-youve-been-told/
Please take the time to read this and begin to see what we are being kept from seeing. This is geopolitics. It's not simple, and it involves all of us eventually.
