Much ado about nothing.
Um, the Circuit courts are our Appellate courts.

"Great President?" LOL In your dreams! There is nothing 'great' about this incompetent boob of a President!

He was only able to do this because Harry Reid changed long standing rule that ended the ability to filibuster, a change that is likely to come back and bite them in the arse next year. Too bad.

I dunno. Who would pay for that "Baghdad Bob" drivel?
He is great for comic relief. Always brings a laugh to my day.

I suppose this indeed a "plus" for those like the idea of a return to a monarchical/dictatorial system, where the executive branch is unimpeded by the messiness of having to work w/ the peoples' elected representatives.
The Left don't seem to care about representation. They seem to want a dictator. That will be true until their own toes are directly stepped on.

Wait till some Lefty in the future decides to start a business and has to deal with the bureaucracy he helped to create.

Exactly! And they will get exactly what they deserve, and what they voted for. Guess who's going to have the last laugh? (Rhetorical)

And they would be deserving, of what they have coming to them. They deserve a hell of a lot more.

I cannot wait to hear the incredible amount of whining and complaining when a Republican gets into a position to do the same things. It will be ugly for sure.

"Great" President? You keep telling yourself that since you obviously believe it. Hell, Congress can take the next 2 years off since Obama has obviously declared they are unnecessary with his pen and phone comment.

Only until after the Nov elections when he doesn't risk damaging his party even further.

The appellate court (Court of Appeals) is low on the wrung of courts. However, you go right on ahead with your public love affair with Obama, and attribute anything and everything to your crony savior.
