This is very sad. It just goes to show how ignorance and religious fanaticism can twist the minds of people. I am not surprised, though. Pakistan is a craphole!

That's very sad. She was a brave woman. This is a very dangerous time in Pakistan.

A strong and negative message. Shocking!

A sad moment, yet again, for the loss of a political leader.

BBC is interviewing, among others, Pakistani leaders across the world.

I wonder if Pakistanis are finally going to wake up to the threat that al-Qaeda poses?

How do you know it was religious extremists who did it. Maybe it was the President of that country in coordination with our CIA? Bush may even have been involved?

NBC is reporting that the majority of the people in Pakistan believe that their President was responsible for the assassination. Even if he is not, if enough people believe it to be true then chaos will occur.

This is a real tragedy, and hopefully it will cause the Pakistanis to really evaluate who is running the show in their country. This is just awful, a real disgrace.

The only positive would be that sometimes these types of events become catalyst for real and permanent change.

But the event itself is just terrible.

I'll just be polite, and state that I sincerely doubt it.

What a shame, she was a gutsy woman and deserved better. I wouldn't be looking at the CIA or Bush but the President of Pakistan? I believe entirely within the realm of possibility.

While America tries to paint her as some great person, there was extreme corruption under here rule there. With that said, this freaking sucks big time.
