Yeah, I saw this this morning....not sure if I take this kid seriously. I wouldn't be surprised if him and his teammates had a good laugh afterwards.

I like that kid...enthusiastic, smart and articulate. There was absolutely nothing political about his remarks. Why someone would want to create political controversy where none exists is way beyond me. One of the anchormen had it right that he would be a great motivational speaker.

No, there was nothing political about his remarks, and I never stated nor implied that there was. What's controversial is his attitude. It doesn't fit the mold that the left has so carefully crafted for this young man, and I believe that if more people thought the way he did, we'd all be living in a much stronger nation.
