At minute 3:00 on this tape, there is video coverage of a the US House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space, and Technology. During this committee meeting, the Republican Representative's questions clearly expose their ignorance of science and common sense.

As does getting your political insight from a comedy show.

Git-r-done may be funny, but it's hardly earth shattering political revelation.

Exactly! I fear any laws stemming out of ignorance, such as that displayed by the Republican Representatives, will take us back to the Dark Ages!

The GOP is based on the idea that every idiot needs to have someone in office to champion their ideals.

Then they find the dumbest and most outspoken nutjob to fit the bill.

I guess the comedy of that show was the video of the Republican Representatives asking their "scientific" questions!

A little off topic but since you bring it up; Republicans should learn about something in speech called Metaphors."

“I wasn’t suggesting that the island of Guam would literally tip over,” Johnson wrote. “I was using a metaphor to say that with the addition of 8,000 Marines and their dependents, an additional 80,000 people during peak construction to the port on the tiny island with a population of 180,000 could be a tipping point which would adversely affect the island’s fragile ecosystem and overburden its already overstressed infrastructure.”

good guy Al Gore leads to environmentalist Maurice Strong leads to financier Edmund de Rothschild leads to the World Conservation Bank leads to the Euro leads to Climategate.

All a get rich scheme, to suck free money from corporations.
It was all a scam.

Maurice Strong, formerly a top UN official and leading environmentalist advocate, now a businessman in China, is the man that started the scam.

The biggest threat to the sovereignty of the United States has to be United Nations Agenda 21. Its tentacles are so interwoven into our lives it is like an aggressive cancer.

This cancer, Agenda 21, also known as Local Agenda 21 or LA-21, is nothing short of an attack on this country. It came to life in 1992 and is spreading across the globe with the help of anyone who happens to buy into the idea of a global threat. Its real purpose is hidden inside a cloaked presentation of environmental sustainability, however, it is about control of your life, your children’s lives, their children’s lives and on into perpetuity.

Maurice Strong is an admitted socialist. His sister was a Marxist. He thinks you and yours have eaten too much, used too much and now must pay. Of course like every elite socialist, that just means you, not him, or his fellow elitist.
