When kids in this class have a good week, the teacher rewards them by having a parent bring in snacks on Friday. Apparently the mother of a student decided this snack reward would be a good time to teach the class about female sexuality, so she baked a batch of vagina cookies to use as a teaching aid. The teacher thought this was inappropriate and didn't serve them. Here is some of the text message exchange between the mother and teacher following the incident:
"You are one of the most closed minded women I know ... We should celebrate the vagina not be embarrassed by it ... knowing the human body both for men and women is a beautiful thing and you are depriving them for [sic] that. We as women should stand together and inform people about the vagina and how to please it"
Are vagina cookies a good way to teach 2nd graders about the female body and female sexuality?
Anyway, it could have been worse. The vagina cookies could have had peanuts in them.
Or she could have her illegal alien maid bake them...
