Your thought process is COMPLETELY WRONG. Just because blacks are a minority and encounter non-blacks more often than the reverse, it doesn't mean they automatically should be committing more crime against them. And as we've already heard time and again, blacks commit the most crime against other blacks which means blacks are violent in general.

No, blacks commit the most crime against other blacks because no one encounters blacks more than other blacks.

If you are black yes. If you are white, no. Most people whites encounter are other whites. For blacks it is roughly fifty-fifty. The difference in encounter rates is behind the difference in how likely it is for blacks to commit a crime against whites vs. whites commit a crime against blacks.

Blacks are disproportionately the poorest demographic in the United States. Crime is a result of poverty and lack of opportunities. It has nothing to do with race.
