A person believed to be a Liberian traveling to the US was vomiting on the air plane over - sparking fears of Ebola. Everyone on the plane was temporarily quarantined, but released everyone - except for the vomiting Liberian.
The CDC believes that the person probably doesn't have Ebola, and there is not risk to the people who were on the plane.
The CDC is not taking questions on the incident at the moment.
Black while vomiting. They wouldn't give every seat a barf bag if they didn't expect some vomiting.
Don't you think it is common sense to have a concern over a man coming in from Africa that is vomiting right now - due to the Ebola outbreak?
Is the concern, because he is black and the CDC is racist as the card you played suggests OR because he is believed to be from an Ebola outbreak country?
If the CDC hasn't been so obviously trying to keep people calm and under-responding to the problem I would be more comforted by them saying that everything is okay. It seems they are more concerned about the American public demanding travel restrictions on people from Liberia and the neighboring countries than they are about a breakout in this country.
It doesn't really matter much at this point. If the CDC keeps saying "There there now. it's all going to just
be OK" , Then you know it's going to be bad.
That is true, just the smell of Newark can make someone vomit.
