Its easy enough to control the kids. Ban all of that schools school sports and events for the rest of the year. Have a ban on crowds of teens and impose a strict curfew. Have some concealed carry firearms owners be the next intended victim and have them empty their firearms into their would be attackers.
My local city has a bad reputation for its high school and there not being enough police around when school gets out. The high school kids get out by the thousands and walk across the road like cattle blocking the street. You learn to never use that street at that time.
Ah, yes, the "children" of Memphis...
About 60 years ago, the "children" of Memphis found a new game; "Let's Beat Up A Sailor". After a while, with no action from the City Fathers to stop this madness, the sailors decided to stop it themselves. They sent a "bait" sailor down the street in the area where these beatings were occurring, and a large group of sailors kept pace with him. When the "children" of Memphis jumped the guy, the others appeared and took the bunch of kids down. When the Mayor contacted the base commander at Millington to demand that he stop these beating of the Memphis "children", he didn't get much satisfaction.
So goes the story that was going around when I was on the Millington base back then. Is it a true story? damifino.
But it does show that the "children" haven't changed much over the years, and neither has the Mayor!

Also here's other examples of messed up black parents:

How messed up do you have to be do something like this and involve your kids? And why do the majority of these kinds of incidents involve blacks??

Its stories like these and in the original post are EXACTLY why blacks still remain the most ghetto and violent out of all ethnicities by a huge margin. Too many black parents just plain SUCK and do a horrible job of raising their kids by continually pulling crap like what you see in these story. Why do so many blacks choose to have kids when they don't even bother to raise them in a decent manner? I genuinely feel sorry for all those babies born to such ghetto parents who have their lives screwed from the get go and greatly reduce their chances of growing up to be normal, decent people.
Should have done what the security guard in Atlanta did, just taze folks. They'll back up.

Many minors at site of Miami nightclub shooting that left 15 hurt, police say | Fox News

Over in Maryland a theme night at Six Flags descended into an orgy of fist fights. At first the authorities tried to downplay the violence. However it appears one kid is in critical condition in a coma.

Fortunately no one was seriously hurt in Memphis when a bunch of kids took to jumping on vehicles.

To this woman's point, these kids are going to mess with the wrong person and end up like Trayvon. I don't want to hear any whining from the usual suspects when that occurs.
So again the moral of the story is not a PC one but it's the right one for anyone with a modicum of common sense- Avoid large groups of young black people.

just like the victim said. I doubt he'll worry about hurting anyone's feelings next time he encounters a group of 'youth' heading his way.

None of the people who attacked Matthews were arrested or cited on the scene. He's thankful he's alive.

"Just be prayed up when you meet a bunch of teenagers because they don't come one or two or three," he said. "They come in bunches and when you see them go another direction."
