Not really; more like a failure of "security" systems, IMO.
Face the facts: ANY security system that can be designed by a human being CAN (and WILL) be defeated by another human being. There is no getting around it!
"Security" is actually an illusion. There really is no such thing as total security, especially when it comes to electronic data storage.
