... It's the second-most-followed religion in the world. It's very possible Muslims will outnumber Christians one day. So I would suggest you gain a better understanding of Islam, rather than embrace this very biased, very negative interpretation. With billions of practicing Muslims in the world, it's safe to say that if all the "good Muslims" were the bloodthirsty jihadists you believe them to be, that Christians would already be wiped out ...
It is clear that the "star" of Islam is rising and the "star" of Christianity is falling and fading.
However, I can see both religions diminishing a century from now as humanity rejects organized religion for either atheism/agnosticism or a more personal form of spirituality.
Thankfully, yes. Though I don't recall the bible saying "Kill the infidels".
2 Chronicles 15:12-13
And they entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and with all their soul, but that whoever would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, should be put to death, whether young or old, man or woman.
Conservatives support this but if I owned a business, even a gun range, and didn't allow Christians, they'd be in outrage.
I wouldn't care. In fact, I'd support you in your decision, simply because I believe you should have that choice to make. I wouldn't patronize your business, but I would support your right to run it as you see fit.

Don't know your bible very well, do you?
Deuteronomy 17 If there be found among you, within any of thy gates which the LORD thy God giveth thee, man or woman, that hath wrought wickedness in the sight of the LORD thy God, in transgressing his covenant; 17:3 And hath gone and served other gods, and worshipped them, either the sun, or moon, or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded; 17:4 And it be told thee, and thou hast heard of it, and enquired diligently, and, behold, it be true, and the thing certain, that such abomination is wrought in Israel; 17:5 Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die.

Many businesses do have signs saying "WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE". It's only to protect themselves in case anything happened.
We don't have that here. I've only seen that out west. I couldn't get that. My reaction was no you don't, "you can't refuse service to someone because you don't like the color of his skin". The signs annoyed me a bit, they seemed unnecessarily unfriendly.

I agree.
Frankly, I don't understand how it's 2014 and grown adult people actually believe this claptrap.
But I bet a bunch of people said the same thing 400 years ago.
