here's a brief run-down: "obama ineligibility activist", paul "jedi pauly" guthrie, went to the UK to attempt to file a birther lawsuit. since that isn't a good reason to be in the UK without a valid visa guthrie filed for political asylum. the UK accepted his application, processed it and rejected his claim and now guthrie sits in detention awaiting deportation ( it's guthrie that is declaring himself a "political prisoner" ). guthrie is also claiming that since the UK accepted his application to process that is proof that obama is not eligible to be POTUS.
"Since Paul’s victory in court last year, he has not been idle. Although some may think that because the judges ruled against him, this means that it was a failed attempt, but nothing could be further from the truth! "
under that logic i'd like to congratulate the NY jets on a stunning victory over the san diego chargers yesterday.

So the nutcase birthers now call themselves "Obama ineligibility activists." Sounds like calling a waiter a food service delivery technician. This is beyond absurd. Frivolous lawsuits does not begin to describe this bozo's antics. The guy is now wasting taxpayer money and time on a global scale. They ought to take him and drop him in the middle of Syria. Then he'd discover what it is really like to be a political prisoner.

they overlook that it was the birthers themselves that originally embraced the moniker ( a modification of the 9/11 "truther" ) and it is because of their own actions that the term is associated with "nutcases".
Apparantly he is also a pretty sh*tty jedi if he can't get out of a British detention facility.

i love how on his website he promotes himself as "The World's Leading Scientifically-Correct Obama Ineligibility Challenge Expert" .... and then proceeds into his interpretation of the LEGAL definition of "natural born citizen".
guthrie also credits himself as a "professor of political science" even tho his linkedin profile only lists a BS in applied physics and mathematics from purdue.

Smart money is probably that Pauly has some sort of medicated condition. To that extent, I feel bad for him.
