9/10's of African Americans time in this country has been spent either in Slavery, with Jim Crow, or separate but (not at all) equal.
It's only VERY, VERY, VERY recently that it wasn't legal to treat blacks poorly. It's only recently that white people had to take down the LAWS, that they voted on and passed that were designed to help whites at the expense of blacks. Forgot the centuries of slavery, what about the centuries of legalized oppression that followed.
The laws may be mostly gone, but the malice and hatred that inspired and passed those laws hasn't gone anywhere. Blacks can never assimilate. Whether you're of Italian, german, russian, irish, french, british, whatever decent, at the end of the day, when you walk into a building, you're white.
Black people can be all of those things too, german, russian, irish, french, at least in terms of nationality, but we're always going to be black first and foremost. That's what people see. And the bigots who wish they could legally mistreat blacks, believe it or not, will still do it, in whatever way they can.

Yeah, and bigoted whites are among the minority today and there are bigots of every race or ethnicity.
We are not talking about individual bigotry, per say. Though that is certainly a detestable way to conduct oneself. We are talking about rectifying years upon years of oppression and disenfranchisement. Look at it this way...
There is a race between two people. Person A was allowed to exercise, eat well and practice every day. Person B was chained up, fed only enough to stay alive and rarely allowed to walk around let alone run. The day of the race comes and Person B is suddenly free to run as much as he wants against Person A. Who is going to go further that day or the day after? It will take months, maybe years for Person B to catch up to Person A and that is not because of a perceived character flaw or laziness. Its because Person B was not allowed the same freedom to opportunity as Person A was.

Why should American blacks leave their own country? Why shouldn't they fight for equality in their own country?
What do you mean by assimilation? I don't think anyone should have to culturally assimilate in this country. Especially in this country.

It's not a act of talking white, it the method of talking business, its no diffents from foreign airline pilot having to know English, yes so called talking white and talking business language is properly pretty close , but their still different. I use to laugh at my dad, he would have a different voice and tone when he talked to anybody but family,
So why not talk business language to get a head instead if Ebonics ?

If a black man is killed, chances are a black man killed them. Same for white men. Same for latino men. Same for Asian men. Same for any ethnicity in America.
But even if black men were killing each other by the hundreds on a daily basis, explain to me what that has to do with white people passing laws to disenfranchise black people? To prevent them from voting. From owning property. From getting a good public K-12 education? From being able to walk down the street and not be harassed by police for crimes that whites do at a higher rate? Not being able to get a job because you're black. Not being able to get a loan. Not being able to rent an apartment. The list goes on and on.
The biggest fear for black people isn't getting killed, it's having all opportunity and potential stripped from them by a system that expects nothing from them, and does everything in it's power to make black people live down to it's expectations. It's a system which in every aspect of society has enacted road blocks for a certain group of people. It's created a tiered system of human dignity.
That said, I'm gonna do what every other oppressed group of people have done when straight white males refuse to act right. Stay, stand my ground, make them live up to the constitution and recognize that all men are created equal. I was born and raised here, you're not gonna run me out of town.
Decent: a person who does NOT act like a hood rat. In other words: NOT trying to be a thug.
