Meet the new Republican plan--tax cuts for the wealthy, lower wages for the poor--same as the old Republican plan. Seems Republicans only ever have one plan.
Mixed with a phony ideology of the constitution, freedom, and liberty. With a misguided hatred of all government services and government regulations. A blind hatred of welfare and the government helping anyone. With a tendency to believe conspiracy theories and corporate lies.
Thinking people will always realize the President Obama has done a great job as President. Just because he won two elections does not mean a majority of Americans fit that description, in all honesty the Republican candidates in 2008 and 2012 were so awful and abysmal that any Democrat running for office would have won by default.
However, to our President's credit, he has had the most obstructive and petulant Congress to deal with (read: Republicans) in modern history, and they have only worked at one thing over the past 6 years, and that is to make this President unsuccessful.
Thinking people (a minority of Americans) know this and always have known this. The results of this poll is like saying FOX News is the best source of information on cable television because it has the highest ratings. Only an idiot would believe such a thing.

And I'll say it again. If you want to see the only actual failure in leadership in the Obama years...that'd be Speaker John Boehner. Although to be fair, he is working with a pack of evil people and idiots.
Nama himself...well, he's applied military force thoughtfully, ended the worst depression in nearly a century, extended health care to millions of people (and growing), killed the worst threat to the US in decades, and done much to advocate for civil rights against a republican party that actively opposed him, simply for the sake of opposing him, to the point of opposing their own proposals as soon as he began supporting them. Unless so etching extremely bad happens, soon, he'll easily be among the top half of presidents, and certainly the top one in my 37 years.
I'll concede that Boehner is a clown but are you freekin kidding? We have a POTUS who started off his tenure by commenting on a disorderly conduct arrest of his black friend live on national TV without knowing all of the facts. In doing so he ignited a national firestorm and then had to invite the officer (who had done nothing wrong) to the WH for a beer in an incredibly lame and embarrassing attempt to defuse the situation. Since then it's been one scandal, gaffe, or eff up after another. "Obama" and "leader" don't belong in the same sentence unless words such as "epic failure" are also in that sentence.

Yeah, it's really idiotic that the exact same people who defended the police in that case, also defended Cliven Bundy. Racism has become the de facto standard on the right, and it's been sad to see.

It will take more than two terms to clean up the Bush Legacy. It may very likely never be cleaned up, such is the level of hatred inspired by our invasion and occupation of Iraq that created the conflagration that Pres. Obama inherited.
