Yep, in the conservative world.. we would all work 60 hours a week doing manual labor in unreglated factory conditions for our overlords until we die. Then we get thrown down the worker hole.
I should have added, full-time for insurance purposes should be 60 hours a week.

In a world where businesses are open 24/7, I don't see why you cant negotiate that with your boss.

I wouldn't qualify for insurance. Guess I'm lazy. I only work 40 hours per week.

No.

In the REAL world, we take from the people with the least and give it to the people with the most.

Where did I ever once advocate that they shouldn't?

I said this whole part-time/full-time thing is moot, because Leviathan has insurance covered no matter who you are, and to paraphrase the ex-Speaker, that frees you from being trapped in a job, allowing you to pursue dreams.

Once more, where do I ever suggest retirees should not be able to retire and have insurance if they do?

Straw man drama? Who advocated such a policy?

We're 24/7, so we do twelve hour shifts,
three days one week, four days the other.
Work seven days every two weeks and
get four hours overtime. They like it.

Liberal fantasy land isn't the REAL world. In the REAL world letting people keep what they earned is NOT taking from those who didn't earn it.

A large percentage of today's population can't get it together to even work 20 hours per week let alone 60.

Outsourcing and illegal aliens have already or soon will lower wages to where 60 hours will pay you what 40 hours did only ten years ago.
Both parties have signed off on it.

Oh so much gas would be saved by the nation doing so.
Personally I would save almost a weeks worth per month. That would be substantial as I drive 560 miles a week for work.

Spur the economy anyone?
