If the Shah of Iran or Saddam Hussein were still alive and in charge I bet radical Islam wouldn't be a problem

Because baby Bush wanted to show his Father he had a bigger penis by removing Saddam from power. Something the elder Bush lacked the stones to do .
That's the gist of it. Elder Bush had enough common sense to realize that the removal of Saddam and the power vacuum it would cause would lead to chaos.
Where Bush 1 sorely failed at was supporting the Kurds and the opposition of the regime, if he had done that the situation would be vastly different now.
That said Obama is STILL clueless on how to deal with the issues at hand.
