Why no ban on travel from infected areas? (illegal, Obama, speech)

I don't like conspiracies but... the following did make me pause for a minute.

Liberals need to realize that the job of a US President is to protect US citizens and interests. It is not to do what is best for the rest of the world.
This latest case(2nd one) is going to cause mass panic for airport workers.
Airport workers have already asked to be provided with protective gear when handling baggage and cleaning planes.
And some went on strike in NYC. The inside of the airplane is "cleaned" in under 5 minutes.
Still feel "safe" ?

Airplane cabin cleaning crews at New York’s LaGuardia International Airport began a 24-hour strike on Wednesday, citing, in part, possible exposure to the Ebola virus.
Airport workers have already asked to be provided with protective gear when handling baggage and cleaning planes.
This low risk worker had all that....
A change of events. Now they are not going to trust the protective gear.
The panic is fixing to spread like wildfire no matter what the CDC tells the people to calm them.
This latest case, has people knowing that they have been lied to.
Remember, they were low risk and had taken ALL THE CDC PROTOCOL!
It is only a matter of time before the announcement is made: "This is more serious than initially thought" as everything else has been with this incompetent idiot running the show.
