Quite true. It is those who join any party and take direction on what to think that anyone either better or worse.

At the county level Real Estate taxes are about to rise (some counties have already). A cap on how high a county can raise sales taxes,( really capping growth,Nixon tried that if you remember the late 70's).

To top it off the failure to accept the Expanded Medicaid, with the result that rural hospitals are closing or about to close. IT also turns out the ACA is a job creator which the Cons here refuse to move on.

So what does the Conservative GOP do well- nothing.
You need to move to California if you really want to experience EVERYTHING you listed, only on steroids. There hasn't been a conservative bone in California's body for over 3 decades now. You have a great COL, while we have the 2nd worst, worst schools, worst taxes, worst streets and bridges, corrupt law makers, and every year we have billions in newly proposed taxes that are misrepresented by cronies.

And now... they are going to make every registered car owner pay increased registration fees, even after we were taxed for it, to cover Brown's multi billion dollar bullet train boondoggle to fk'n Fresno!

Yea, I really feel bad for you

Conservatives may have no good use, but liberals are absolutely insane.

There's nothing to backfire about a poll. A poll is a poll.

Evidence of overburdening?

Playing with semantics. People who can't afford health insurance need access to it. On what planet is it right for us to tell the poor to go die?

Lot's of statements, no citations, sources, or evidence.

Anyone who starts a poll comparing one thing to another then introduces it with a screed against one of the two immediately loses all credibility as they're obviously extremely biased. I find it amusing that they're losing their own game.
I didn't compare anything to another. I asked a question and laid out three issues to discuss. Reading comprehension much?

.
Actually California is not ranked near the bottom in any of the meaningful categories (educational attainment, obesity, poverty, teen pregnancy, social mobility).
