Obviously, if the story is true, the business owners in the story would fire someone for it and guess what it is Their business.

Either a company is allowed to do as they please or they are not, one or the other Lady, so which is it?
The "lady" is about who a business does business with.....not employment.

That is apples/oranges.

Tell your employees they lose their rights, when they get their first pay check.

Isn't it already like that?
Employees have no free speech....
Forget the 4th & 5th while at work.

Why not the 2nd, even though it is not on your possession, or even on the employers property?

Actually in Right to Work States the employer does not have to give any reason when they terminate an employee just as a an employee does not have to give any reason or notice when they leave a company. That said most Cons support Right to Work regulations, I do also, but with that in mind why complain about this persons firing, after all the company still belongs to them and the person still has their 2nd A rights, they simply do not work there any more and there is no right to a JOB.

I think not.
Looks to me that a jury is being asked not the state.

if there is proof that someone was fired for religious reasons, being gay, being black, that employer is going to have some problems. employers still have to follow labor laws.
