Thankfully Frank, we don't live in the Dark Ages. There are federal laws and labor laws which supersede any employer rights. If you don't like it, feel free to move to Iran, where no one has any rights.

Actually in Right to Work States the employer does not have to give any reason when they terminate an employee just as a an employee does not have to give any reason or notice when they leave a company. That said most Cons support Right to Work regulations, I do also, but with that in mind why complain about this persons firing, after all the company still belongs to them and the person still has their 2nd A rights, they simply do not work there any more and there is no right to a JOB.

if there is proof that someone was fired for religious reasons, being gay, being black, that employer is going to have some problems. employers still have to follow labor laws.
