She publicly announced her self-quarantine to the public and the CDC and then got caught out and about.

Christie's controversial Ebola quarantine now embraced by Nobel Prize-winning doctor | NJ.com

“Even if someone is asymptomatic you cannot rely on people to report themselves if they get a fever,†said Dr. Beutler, adding, “You can’t just depend on the goodwill of people to confine the disease like that – even healthcare workers. They behave very irresponsibly.â€

Spencer was walking around NYC for a week before he got his fever.
And now NYC is spending money tracing down people.

And the CDC has now decided that Ebola can be spread via coughing and sneezing and can go into your mouth, nose or eyes.
The WHO has said this all along.

Why should visas be limited to and from those affected countries in West Africa? Because of nutters like this guy.

Quarantined Rutland traveler identified - WCAX.COM Local Vermont News, Weather and Sports-
Quote:
Peter Italia of Rutland is being quarantined at an undisclosed location in Rutland County after returning from a one month journey to the West African countries of Guinea and Sierra Leone.

Italia says he went to investigate the size and scope of the Ebola outbreak. "I saw a lot of confusion going on here in the United States, a lot of misinformation coming from the CDC," Italia said.

Channel 3 News reached Italia by phone. He says he's now under 24-hour guard. Vermont health officials say he's asymptomatic, but they're monitoring him for the next 21 days as a precaution. "This is voluntary quarantine but it's not really totally voluntary. If you don't agree to it then they will execute some kind of court order against you, so I am going along with it because I understand everybody's concern, but I don't necessarily agree with it," he said.

Italia went to Africa as a private citizen. He says he's a medical doctor trained in the Dominican Republic. But the medical practice board tells Channel 3 he never completed a license application last year because his medical school does not qualify under state standards. "I don't like the fact that they tried to make me into somebody who I'm not -- in other words -- disparaging me," Italia said.

But Nina Pham and Amber Vinson, in all their garb MAY have touched their faces at some unknown point in time that no one can document and they got Ebola! Either, it's easier to pick up than we have been told, or something else is happening. Remember, Duncan was at home while very sick and his fiancee nor her kids used any protective gear. They had no reason to. He had not been diagnosed.
It's very curious isn't it. We have been told the viral load is tremendous towards the end and even after death, this appears to be true. I know these infected medical staffers were following the CDC procedures, yet something is going array. I'm not buying they touched their faces talk either. They would know of a garb malfunction, or I hope they would. Perhaps some suits breakdown and absorb stuff? When they are taking off the suits, are they so sweaty they just don't feel an infected droplet? Do those boots have seams? It's really quite a mystery. .
