Hello! We are a student research team at North Carolina State University studying the American health care industry. This research is being conducted under the direction of Dr. Stacy Wood, director of the Consumer Innovation Consortium.

Our objective is to provide consumers and the health care industry with a benchmark of consumers' confidence in national health and health care systems. If you have not participated in the survey yet, please take 10 minutes now and submit your opinion of the health care industry.

We can't do this without your help: your input is critical. All responses are anonymous and are only used for the purpose of research. Thank you very much for your time and input!
