i would only add, that so long at government sticks it sticky fingers into the pie, it will delay the day when we actually do have alternatives that will drive us away from the energy sources we currenlty use.
Thanks. I agree with your added point too.

10 would be really hard to swallow--but would definitely finally make automakers fully realize alternative fuels and means of transportation.
I just recently watched Who Killed the Electric Car? very eye opening.

I live in a small city and live 6 miles from work--and ride a scooter or bike in good weather and I am a 32 yr old female--so many people should look into it--it's not just for hipster kids! My scoot gets around 65mpg (it's a 250 so it's fine at highway speeds)--and obviously my bicycle adds other benefits (exercise!)
I am actually moving from my nice subdivision and moving within walking distance of work/grocery etc--and am SO EXCITED!

Im bracing myself for the day millenials can breath and work at the same time.

Millenials will be embracing the mini-van as soon as they think they are mature enough to put down the craft beer or their fine PBR and settle down and have some children.

They are the same, as far as the Federal budget is concerned.

Gee....do they euthanize older people there?

Your age and immaturity are showing again. Please, PLEASE, get out of the textbook and from under the Professor's wing and join the real world. Your opinion will change.
