Well you saying it in general, not a big deal. You saying it to another employee, then it is a problem. A business is a place where one should be professional, calling other's names at work is hardly being professional.
The interesting and ironic thing about this the PGA pres. made this tweet two days after a PGA hosted Sports Diversity & Inclusion Symposium had ended. I however think a sincere apology was in order and not a firing.
The right complains about this but wants to make using birth control a fire-able offence. They only complain about workers' rights when a high profile executive or sports jock gets fired.

Please tell us what companies would fire an employee for using birth control? Who is advocating that it be a fireable offense?
