Oh, boy. Wait until Obama wakes up and turns the news on to find out about this. I'm sure he will get to the bottom of it (as he always does).

Quote:
Rep. Ed Royce, R-California, the chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives'Foreign Affairs Committee, on Thursday reacted to a disturbing report that accuses yet one more top Obama administration official of falsifying a report in order to protect the President of the United States Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and others. The report involved the President Obama's assistance in Egypt in the aftermath of toppling of President Hosni Mubarak's regime in 2011.

However, when the OIG issued its final audit report to the U.S. Congress and the news media, the OIG's report was changed in order to remove certain findings, according toWashington Post reporters who managed to get copies of the original report. According to the Post, the original, complete report was 21-pages while the one released to lawmakers and the public was fewer than 10-pages in length.

From link;

"As a result, on Oct. 22, 2014, Acting Inspector General Carroll withdrew his nomination, which had been pending for 16 months and Carroll refused to discuss his decision and the case itself.
In reaction to the newspaper report and finding out that he had received a falsified report, Chairman Royce issued a statement on Thursday that said in part: “I am concerned by this morning’s report that the USAID Inspector General withheld information from audit reports submitted to Congress. Inspectors General are required by law to keep Congress ‘fully and currently informed’ about fraud and other serious problems, abuses, and deficiencies at their respective agencies. Any violation of this mandate is unacceptable. The Foreign Affairs Committee is working with the Office of the Inspector General to get to the bottom of this matter."

Jail Time is the ONLY way to "get to the bottom" of this stuff. We see it over and over -- LIES and withheld or falsified reports and testimony. When these 'public servants' start going to jail for their actions - others will think twice before they commit the same crimes. It is a Crime to perjure in testimony and falsify the reports - make them pay the price for that crime and go right up the ladder, no matter how high the rung is.
