Everyone is taking note of the facts...Look at what has changed for poorer folks over the years from the same democratic party..Nothing,absolutely nothing...They tell everyone what their going to do for them and then do nothing. It's time for a change,something has to change and in my book. I'm voting a straight republican ticket this year.. It's about time to walk a new path. Maybe things will change, maybe not but more of the same is unacceptable.
Slavery ended 150 years ago. It's ancient history. Meanwhile, the Jews were starved, beaten, and gassed to death to the brink of extinction merely 70 years ago across Europe, yet they don't suffer "residual effects" of the Holocaust. They seem to be doing quite well. And if anyone deserves to play the sympathy card for a history of victimization, it's them, especially because many of the survivors are still alive today.
So why are blacks always victims somehow? Don't they have strength to improve their standing in life, or do they depend on the whims of the rest of the world for everything?
What I've noticed is that Jews study hard, families stay together, they save their money, and they look ahead to the future. Basically opposite of what most blacks do.

I am going to drag out the old cliche that I do have black friends who I respect and admire tremendously but, the majority of blacks I have contact with seem to want to be victims or cut my throat (female)........

How does slavery, Jim Crow and Reaganomics cause a young black male to shoot another young black male, impregnate a young black female or commit a felony?

Moreover, where do you come up with "30 years of Reaganomics?" Reagan has been out of office for 25 years. His immediate successor was a guy who said that Reagan's economic ideas were 'voodoo economics.' Nor could Clinton, W Bush, or Obama fairly be called close to Reagan in economic policy. W Bush increased spending more than any prez since LBJ, and the others were both Democrats.

You left out a 70% or so out of wedlock birthrate. Get rid of that too while you're getting rid of churches and such.

Nothing could be further from the truth. It's liberals who insist on keeping Black children trapped in abysmally performing public schools. They refuse to provide vouchers so that students and their families can choose a better educational opportunity. Liberals keep Blacks undereducated, and therefore socioeconomically oppressed.
U.S. public schools educate only 26% of all public school students to even basic grade-level proficiency in math, 38% in reading, by 12th grade.
That in and of itself is bad enough, but pay very careful attention to the much lower basic proficiency percentages for Black students.
Black students' basic math proficiency by 12th grade: 7%
Basic reading proficiency by 12th grade: 16%
Ask yourself why liberals insist on keeping Black children trapped in their abysmal public schools instead of letting them choose a better education via school vouchers.
