Bank ATM's don't have these "calibration" errors. I don't see why this continues to happen unless it is deliberate.
Bank atm's are very small screens, with a very physical 1-1 calibration. Its different with these-they tend ot be much higher resolution, and screen dimensions and inputs vary considerably.
I find it highly doubtful that this is deliberate.
How to explain this....in the real world ipads and iphones have almost perfect touchscreen calibration, whereas most of the tablet computers have to be manually calibrated.
At one point I made software that interfaced with tablet computers to do initial calibrations, 95% came to us perfectly calibrated, and about 5% drifted.
So you could argue its more of a hardware problem from that perspective, that those 5% should never be released, but reality is no one wants to toss 5% of them.
I kinda agree though, these should be done better.
The hypocrites. Hissy fit, does not even come close, to what the media frenzy on the matter would be like, if the opposite were true. Hey now but with Democrats it is quite ok in there DNA to be a hypocrite!
It should be noted, at least to my knowledge, that no democrats are claiming that their D votes have been switched to R. Makes one wonder why that is, hmmmm.
It is fraud being rebranded by the dems as a "calibration error".
Bull. I say that because real fraud wouldnt show on your screen that it was selecting the other candidate. For fraud this is a amazingly bad execution of it. LOL.
Seriously, no. this really is just calibration issues, but it should cause concern for that reason.
Interesting that there have been multiple reports of these "machine calibration" issues in several states, and yet every single one of them has the same issues- Republican votes switching to votes for the Dems.
This was in Moline, IL at the Moline Public library:
The clown in this video pushed the line for Dems and he got the results he wanted.
