Actually it's what YOU voted for because I didn't vote for Obama.
So you were against the Iraq war right from the start?

In any case, I don't care if they joined ISIS...I've got nothing against them anyway.

Go back even further. I was against invading Afghanistan to find bin Laden.

It should have been a CIA covert operation, not an all out invasion.

And it turned out that it was a CIA covert operation that brought down bin Laden in Pakistan no less.

This is nothing new. My Dad was a Marine in WWII and his favorite stories were about the military SNAFU's as he called them. One was they dropped most of their food to the Japanese but his unit did get a pallet of fruit cocktail so that's what he had to eat for a week straight. Fruit cocktail. Imagine that.

For once we can agree. They have so many supplies acquired from other sources it's largely irrelevant.

it wasn't by accident.. the military industrial complex gets paid regardless of who gets the weapons.

War is big business so we will do whatever we can to make sure we always have an enemy that is armed and dangerous...

We need an excuse to build better weapons to make sure we defeat those who have our old weapons.

but they were captured and detained for along time during the W administration.

I think people forget that W and Obama work for the same team.

Leave everyone in the Middle East to their own devices-stop invading, occupying, paying "allies", influencing elections and propping up Dictators. Enough is enough.

U.S. accidentally delivered weapons to the Islamic State by airdrop, militants say - The Washington Post

"The Islamic State has released a new video in which it brags that it recovered weapons and supplies that the U.S. military intended to deliver to Kurdish fighters, who are locked in a fight with the militants over control of the Syrian border town of Kobane."
so tell me again why the military are not putting GPS embedded inside the devices/weapons at a hard to reach location only detectable by x-rays?

god whom authorized this again.

ERIC HOLDER?
I need to have a LONG CHAT with the person that did this.

isn't it time you GPS mark those devices? then trace the ISIS right back to their base AND kill them there.
that is the smart thing to do

DID the COMMANDER's NOT take basic STRATEGY classes?

SUN TZU ART OF WAR is the basic of the basics that are taught all around the world.
come on military DO BETTER.

almost as if they are intentionally doing this...
my god.
they need to let me get in charge of the military and the war would be over already.

if they don't want to kill civilians
bomb their supply lines

and cut them off.
while they transport supplies raid them and seize them as your own.

seems the ISIS fighters have a good handle on strategy as they are actually using basic war tactics unlike us.
get it together...

I know our commander in chief is something to be desired but you can do better than this.
chin up smile men.

stay strong.
stay upbeat only 2 more years to go before you have another glimpse of hope.
read up on basic war strategy and also

Play some strategy simulation games during free time instead of just pumping iron
as it helps with devising tactics.
This goes especially for officers that make the decisions.

I agree with you here, they also found 14 yr olds who hadn't done anything. How could this go on for so long???

We have done a great job of training the next generation of terrorists. That is what you voted for, so don't cry about the consequences now.
Actually, we voted for Bush before 9/11, how could people have predicted a war was to follow? The following election was not much to choose from, John Kerry. Just as bad as Al Gore.

President Bush again....same as President Obama. Neither one of them seem to listen to warnings, they were both given warnings of things to come.

Our consequence is getting involved in Europe and the Middle East to begin with. Building and protecting others is not the job of one country, if our job at all.
