They were fed the same lies the American public got.
Quiz time: What did Bush say after 9/11?

Answer: This is a war against terrorists and those countries which support them.

Iraq supported, funded and harbored terrorists and terrorism.
You do know who Abdul Rahmin Yasin is?

No lies, just facts.

I never get tired of all these "america sucks" threads. I guess we'll know if America ever really does start to slip, because these threads will probably go away then.

So now whatever Bush says is a fact, huh?

Only about another 20 or so countries left to invade then I guess. Geez we better get moving.

I wonder do Saudi Arabia and Pakistan get "byes" since they are our "allies"...even though many of the al qaeda terror training camps and senior leadership are in these countries?

But what you Bush apologists are incapable of grasping is that Bush is NOT America. Those who criticize the disastrous Bush administration do so out of their love of their country. As long as you continue to equate Bush with America, you'll forever chase your tail.

More facts:

Countries supporting and harboring terrorists:

Saudi Arabia
Pakistan
UAE

You do know that these nations continue to receive massive US aid, right?

So true.

Well, I turned the chicken and here is what I decided after reading your very appropriate post, Dunkel. People have decided that America sux for whatever reasons and I am certainly not going to change that, regardless of how many letters I type on this page.

Your post made me remember what I was thinking about this past weekend . . . how we are handing our economy over to the Chinese . . . and helping them boost their own economy (and coffers - so they can purchase/build more and more military armament). . . w/ the eventual certainty (and yes, I do believe it is a certainty) that they are going to become the next world Super Power.

So all I have to say to all those "America Sux" cry babies out there . . . When you wake up in another decade or so . . . and you realize that your future is dependent on China's goodwill . . . who you gonna call?

Europe and the rest of the world will criticize any US president who does not fall in line with their socialist views. Any president who stands up for America, and doesn't bow to the will of the "international community" (as if that should mean anything to us) will be vilified and hated. I do not take personally and I do not take offence.

BTW, I'm not a huge fan of Bush. He's gotten a few things right, but not nearly "right" enough, if you know what I mean.

I don't understand your concern with the "international community." Bush's most vocal critics are all Americans. And he's earned the criticism he's receiving. He's run America off the rails, yet there seem to be many who still expect the train to arrive on time. As a matter of fact, they become highly irate at the suggestion that the engineer is an incompetent boob.

America's been off the rails for a long time now.

And I have no concern about the international community. But when other countries, supposedly our allies, run headlines about how stupid we are for electing someone, well, I at least notice it, eh?

It seems that this lie must be taught in American schools to be so ingrained.

Can you name ONE SINGLE DAY in the last half century in which the U.S. did NOT have troops off killing people SOMEWHERE on this planet ?
Mainly innocent civilians, men, women, children, old folk, babies - who posed not the remotest possible threat to the USA.
From Vietnam to Central America to the Middle East and all points in between.
Remember to include the carnage caused by the tyrants and mass murderers whom the U.S. has supported - the Shah in Iran, Pinochet in Chile even Saddam in Iraq for decades.

Almost 1000 military bases around the world and a huge fleet of warships constantly prowling - all for the defence of others.
Yeah RIGHT !
Like skinning Aborigionies alive right? Oh wait....They still don't have civil rights in Australia. ****.
