Your a former cop. Answer me this. The guy was 100 ft away, your adrenaline is through the roof. How likely is it to have rounds on target in that situation? I'm assuming a 9mm Glock which is not exactly a target shooting pistol

I'm an active shooter and don't shoot at the range at anything more than 25 ft with a 9mm pistol. I'm sure I can hit a few shots center of mass at 100 ft but not if my adrenaline was flowing with sweaty hands.

Mike Brown was not a sniper; he was a snipist.

Wilson was furious beyond the ability to make an arrest.

Press Conference is at 2:30pm Central Time ...... to discuss the "Rules of Engagement".

So Strange. How about you break the Law, you go to Jail. These "peaceful protest" groups want "special" rules just for them .... this is a result of the Intimidation from the DOJ and other Black Groups.

The fact is that multiple witnesses believe that officer Wilson murdered Michael Brown.

What have you taken away from my posts other than I believe there's enough evidence to warrant a trial?? A grand jury is not the same as Wilson going to trial. Even if Wilson is not indicted, its not the same as him being innocent of any wrongdoing.

Justice is not always served through our legal system. That is a major issue being raised by many protesters.

That very well could be the case. He could have simply lost his temper when the boys didn't move or possibly mouthed off to him.

The big thing here though is this. What was Brown under arrest for? Jaywalking?

That goes back to the entire reason people are fed up with Police in this country.

Here he clearly lost his temper and arrested a man for doing something completely legal.

Murder???

No.......Wilson did nothing to merit a murder charge.

IMO........IF all the evidence is against Wilson.......it is a reckless homicide indictment.

The "protest" groups issued a list of 19 Demands .... including the clothing the Police Officers would be allowed to wear and what kind of vehicles they would be allowed to drive. They have been 'negotiating' over this list for a week - I'm sure the DOJ is involved as is the ACLU. The reports are that the "Unified Command/St Louis Officials" have agreed to about 1/2 the "Demands" for the "Rules of Engagement".

Regardless of all that and the 'window dressing' of this Rules of Engagement Press Conference - look back at my post (or I can link to it) of "The Players". It's the Chief of Police for St Louis County that is going to be in charge ..... Police Officer safety is non-negotiable. If the "peaceful protestors" attack police, riot, burn, loot .... they will be met with force.
