They started to end it in January, and the market has gained about 1300 points since then.

Apparently you're still looking for some "excuse" for why the stock market has risen so high, when the fact is, the reason is pretty simply - U.S. comanies are doing very very well. They have good balance sheets and terrific revenue. Why SHOULDN'T they stock prices be high?

Yup.
The whole idea that the stock market was dependent upon the FED buying those bonds every month was utter nonsense from the get-go. The purchases have now stopped and the DOW & S&P are higher than ever.
