I'l support voter IDs if it is a National ID that is the only accepted ID when it comes to voting.
How about illegals voting?
How about felons voting?
How about dead people voting?
How about voting machines changing votes?
How about people voting multiple times?
Are those all okay?

I thought Republicans wanted to get rid of fraudulent votes? People are able to vote in multiple states now because there is no universal ID like a National ID.
Or are you telling me that Republicans only want to pretend like they want to stop fraudulent votes?
Your last sentence nails it.
They're just pretending they want to stop fraudulent votes. The reality is they just want to manipulate elections to make sure they win. They can't win on ideas and facts, so they have to keep people from voting.
Make it more difficult to register, require ID (no real problem with this, but why are some forms of ID that mostly conservatives have accepted while forms of ID that mostly liberals have are not?), shorten early voting windows, purge the voter roles, give out misinformation about voting times and locations, direct fewer resources to poor neighborhoods to make the lines long, and my personal favorite, register a bunch of people and then toss the forms of those who check D into the dumpster.
Victory by any means necessary. It's the Republican way.
You mean besides the fraud committed by Republicans.
What voter fraud? Liberals keep saying it doesn't exist.

But only one side refuses to admit it even happens and does everything they can to prevent voter fraud.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
There would have to be an amendment to the constitution, giving the federal government the power to conduct elections.(Reconstitution of the South was Unconstitutional)
It expresses the principle of federalism, which undergirds the entire plan of the original Constitution, by stating that the centralized federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the states, or the people. This amendment had two purposes in mind when they drafted it. It was a necessary rule of construction. It was to reaffirm the nature of the federal system.
Elections have always been controlled by the respective States(except for reconstitution of the south)
Yep,you pretty much nailed it..the rightwing email chain this week must have been ,dem voter fraud..black guys leaving the dem party and Obama loves "muslins"
It makes sense. Cons do not like progress or moving on, so just continue recycling the same issues, even after proven false. Low info voters and no info voters eat it up, along with the base.

Why? The fedeal government wouldn't be doing the elections, the states would be doing the elections and issuing the licenses, it would just be a universal system that could easily be tracked from state to state. I thought Republicans wanted to stop all voter fraud.
Not saying it's right or wrong, just clearing up a common misconception.
All of your other examples are obviously not ok.
