more money in their pockets via government benefits, government hand outs and the illusion if they elect democrats they will force government to tax the same company they work for more in taxes so they can feel like they are sticking it to their boss.
You take one step forward and then you stumble three steps back on your post.

I have been, and, after retirement, still am, in a Union. When I was working a non-union job a supervisor tried to get me to join his fundamentalist Kristian church. I politely declined his offer. He took great offense and had me fired. I found a position where a strong Union was available and when another supervisor tried to get me fired for personal reasons my Union protected me and my job.

One of the great benefits of the Union have been good pay, great health insurance and a decent pension. Those are well worth the dues.

I am offended by the 1% as they have garnered their wealth mostly through speculation where they mostly keep the profits and dump the losses on everyone else. The ENRON scandal and the Mortgage Bond fiasco are recent examples. I am not whining about the 1%. I am deeply angry with these people for distorting a legitimate equities market into private crooked casino.
