It is amazing how many morons blame Republicans for a health care bill they had no damn input into, nor voted for.

Insurance companies love this giveaway to them. Anyone who thinks ACA is a socialistic wealth transfer program is an idiot who bought into the right wing propaganda that dominates America.
I recall a gigantic expansion of Medicaid along with all other welfare programs, plus subsidies for other Democrats.

I guess Dem memories are as deficient as their ability to foresee the consequences of their beliefs and actions.

There was about a 6% ACA fees added on in the beginning of the year.

Looks like I may need to go even higher on that Deductible to keep it affordable.

ACA rates should be out in a few days after the election. There will be similar increases.

Problem is those of us who could afford insurance now can't afford the premiums and deductibles after the ACA came about.

LOL the Medicaid expansion was rejected in almost all Republican states. It's simple. No effective competition = ridiculous rates for people. Republicans who love the free market so much should understand this.

Also I'm not a Democrat, I'm an actual socialist. There is nothing socialist about ACA.

I'm plenty smart enough and don't need any Politician telling me what I should have.

Hope you enjoy your subsidy.
Then you should be smart enough to know that your rates did not go up to provide subsidies for other people.

Wrong. States that did not expand Medicaid saw higher increases because the hospitals pass their losses off to other consumers. One way or another we pay.

So you're basically saying that the hospitals raised their prices because people who already didn't have insurance who continued to not have insurance before ACA went into effect, causing higher rises in the insurance premiums in 2014?

Do you not see the logic failure in that?

If you read their subsequent posts they actually know what they are talking about.

Without a true apples to apples comparison we don't know if their price is going up or if they are getting more coverage than before....or both.

Actually, my retired parents got screwed because GE (Thier CEO is on one of Obama's councils), used ACA to jetsion all their retirees insurance and pushed them off onto Obamacare. The result is that they are all paying a whole lot more for their insurance.

I'm not completley against Obamacare, but I don't like all the lying surrounding it from BOTH sides of the political divide.
